By The Looks Of Things, The Summer Of Jokic Is Still Going Strong

If you were maybe curious about what the best basketball player on the planet is up to these days, it appears the good times are still rolling for Nikola Jokic

While I'm not totally sure what this is and the internet didn't have too many answers, my guess is this is Jokic celebrating some sort of horse racing title. I mean just look at how happy he is and compare that to what we got when the dude literally won the first ever NBA championship for the Nuggets

As we know, few things bring Jokic more joy than his horses, and based on how happy he is in that video I think it's safe to say that's still the case. You could make the case that The Summer Of Jokic is currently on an all time run and is something that probably isn't slowing down anytime soon. For all we know, this is just the beginning.

When it comes to Jokic, this also isn't the only significant update. If you were hoping to maybe see Jokic play basketball next month, I have some bad news

With the FIBA World Cup slated to kick off on August 25th, unfortunately Nikola Jokic will not be there. As a basketball fan who thoroughly enjoys watching Jokic play, this is a little disappointing. Let's not forget how dominant he was the last time we saw him suit up for Serbia

At the same time, if anyone has earned the right to rest and prepare for the 2023-24 NBA season, it's probably Jokic. In what is now a title defense season, health is pretty damn important. You never know what can happen in international competition (shoutout Gallinari), and I'm sure on some level the Nuggets and Nuggets fans are relieved that they won't have to stress every second Jokic is on the floor.

We may be at the point now where it's basically impossible to hate Jokic. How could you? He's humble, he's elite, he's carried a franchise to a title by delivering time and time again on the biggest stage, he loves horses more than you love anything in your life, the list goes on and on.
