Dillon Danis Says He Saved Logan Paul From Being Murdered For Not "Checking In To NYC" In What Has To Be The Worst Lie Ever Told
So I normally don't give a shit about influencer boxing. Jake Paul is far and away better than every other influencer in my eyes, mainly because he actually trains, and the rest are just for show in an (unfortunately) dying sport. If you're missing the latest drama, Logan Paul and Dillon Danis are fighting and going back on forth on Twitter ahead of their fight in a few months. Danis keeps posting photos of Logan Paul's fiancee, and Logan just keeps trying to get Conor McGregor to bet him a million dollars that Danis doesn't win. Relatively normal trash talk and promoting.
But what Dillon Danis said on the Full Send Podcast about meeting Logan Paul is one of the bigger lies ever told in sport. I couldn't believe it. It's such an absurd lie I have to tip my cap that a guy who lives in Hoboken, New Jersey is acting like he's moving like a Capo. I thought it was a Jersey Jerry skit when he said Logan "didn't check in" to Manhattan and that almost got him murdered. No one on the planet is pulling up to New York City and thinking "oh shit, we didn't check in with Dillon Danis".
Props to Danis on what seems to be a great psychological warfare campaign on Twitter:
But no man in good faith can listen to a lie as told in that podcast and root for him to win. Plus, Logan is a bonafide WWE superstar and a friend of the program. So team Logan on this end, and I forgot to check in this morning on my way to the office, so this blog's over while I go ask for permission to roam these streets.
