Logan Paul Says He Walked Out Of 'Oppenheimer' Because The Movie Was 'Just Talking'

Logan Paul says he walked out of Oppenheimer because it's just people talking. “I didn’t know what they were trying. What are you doing? Everyone’s just talking."

I'm going to ignore the fact Paul said this on a podcast and just ask what the fuck does he mean, exactly? You could literally say this about any movie made after 1930. Is Logan a huge Charlie Chaplin guy who thinks the true essence of film has been ruined by sound?

Shawshank Redemption? People talking. The Godfather? People talking. Every movie is people talking. What did you want, three hours of the bombs being dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki with just the screams of people having their flesh torn from their bones?

And I know Logan didn't hear most of the conversations because he couldn't stand any more talking, but they were discussing some mildly important shit throughout the movie. Some of the most important conversations had in human history, one who watched the film or has ever read a middle school history book may argue.

Logan didn't even get to the part of the movie that was *actually* just people talking. If someone who watched the entire movie advocated for shaving off 10 minutes from the last hour, I'd be willing to listen to that — even though I found the entire movie outstanding. Paul left while the military was recruiting the guy who built the most powerful weapon in human history. Pretty interesting, I'd say!

Anyway, listen to Logan's podcast, I guess. I personally could never get through it because it's just people talking, but apparently some people enjoy it.
