In Celebration Of Labor Day, Here Are My Three Favorite NFL Futures

I would like to take this time to recognize everyone who has ever followed me on social media, liked or retweeted me, DM'd me, and especially those that have ridden with my gambling picks in the past two years. I'm typing this blog from a house in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and I would like to thank all of you because without you, I wouldn't be here.
For those that have taken my picks, you know that I am not a volume guy. I am meticulous about my picks and pour hours of my day researching so I can be smart about where I put my money. With NFL season starting up on Thursday, I have put together my favorite NFL futures.
* I will be releasing my top three by category: Player Prop Futures, Longshots, and MVP bets separately on Twitter, but for this blog, these are my three favorite bets leading into the season:
- The Arizona Cardinals to have the worst record in the NFL (+225 at time of wager, now +185).
The Cardinals are straight up tanking right in all of our faces. Isaiah Simmons was the 8th overall pick in 2020. Josh Jones was a high 3rd rounder, the 72nd overall player selected in that Draft. There are already reports Kyler Murray could be out for the season as the team tries to secure USC's star prospect, QB Caleb Williams.
This is a team that lacks talent with a Head Coach that seems to have lost the team before he even had them.
I responsibly made the biggest bet of my life before I even saw this!
Amari Cooper OVER 925.5 receiving yards (-115)
Last season Cooper had 1,160 yards receiving with Jacoby Brissett and Deshaun Watson who hadn't practiced with the team. Now he has a full off-season to be with a not so recently elite QB? I break it down fully here:
The Kansas City Chiefs AND Los Angeles Chargers to make the playoffs (+150):
Patrick Mahomes
Justin Herbert
Two of the best Quarterbacks in football and they play in the same division. Not only that, but with the Broncos and Raiders in the division, there is a higher than very high chance one of these teams wins the division to secure a playoff berth. The other team should beat up on the rest of the division and be good enough to outlast two of these teams: Jets/Bills/Dolphins/Ravens/Bengals/Steelers
With All-Pro Left Tackle Rashawn Slater back in the fold after missing almost his whole sophomore season with an injury and Keenan Allen and Mike Williams back healthy (along with 1st round rookie WR Quentin Johnston) to go with arguably the best EDGE rushing pair in football with Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack, I like this team quite a bit. I don't think it's a stretch at all to call this good odds on this play.
