Dillon Danis Claims Nina Adgel Has Filed A Restraining Order That May Impact His Fight With Logan Paul
If you haven't been following this whole saga (ah so you have a life!), Paul & Danis are set to fight on October 14th in Manchester. Danis' main strategy to promote the event has been to hone in on Paul's fiancé, Nina Adgel, and he's taken it to extreme levels. It's been constant and has hit legit incel-scumbag levels where even if you understand fight promotion you're like, "Oh, eh, yikes." As I said before it's middle school level slut joke attempts and the neckbeard demographic is lapping it up.
There might be a turning of the tide at this point, though, because the top replies indicate he's played the whole thing out and it's so overkill at this point that some fans are yawning.
Still, not everyone is over it because his following exploded throughout this ordeal. Resident expert Robbie Fox noted that, "His social media growth in the past few weeks is insane and he’s regularly ratio’ing Logan on Twitter (for whatever that’s worth)."
I wasn't sure if Danis' post was genuine or exaggerating, especially because this could jeopardize the fight her own fiancé is in, but according to TMZ:
Agdal beelined it to court Wednesday to file docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, claiming Danis has posted "despicable" things about her more than 250 times since his fight with Paul was announced earlier this summer.
In her suit, she says she's suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm … alleging that one post Danis made on Aug. 11, in particular, violated federal and state law.
She says as part of the post, Danis threw up a sexually explicit image of her that was taken from "a romantic encounter" she had had with a person more than 10 years ago.
"Danis posted the photograph -- entirely uncensored -- from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff's consent," Agdal wrote in the suit. "Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive."
The 31-year-old model claims Danis only agreed to delete it after Misfits Boxing threatened to cancel the fight unless he took it down.
Agdal added in the suit that many of Danis' other posts have upset her … including a tweet he made on Aug. 28 that she says showed a video of her from more than six years ago where she talked about "her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy."
She claims in the suit that the vid had been stored deep in her Snapchat archive … "suggesting Danis had hacked [her] personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so."
If you're sharing sexually explicit images of a woman without her consent you're a piece of shit, and especially so if you're doing it with the cruelest of intensions. And if you're hacking into anyone's social media accounts for deep cuts to hurt them, goes without saying but you've gone way too far. Not sure what this will mean for the fight but I'm #TeamAgdal over here. Even after announcing the lawsuit & what's at stake he's continuing to shit-post about her. Hope she knocks him out in court.
