Tekashi 6ix9ine's Chaotic Arrest Video Released After He Reportedly Attempted To Flee The Dominican Republic In A Private Jet After Allegedly Fighting Two Producers Over His Girlfriend

Daily Mail - The moment troubled rapper 6ix9ine was hauled away in handcuffs by cops in the Dominican Republic on Friday night has been caught on camera.

The singer, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was wanted on the Caribbean island in relation to the assault of two music producers. The alleged attack was related to the rapper's girlfriend, Dominican singer Yailin La mas viral, reports Diario Libre.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, known for his rainbow-colored hair and '69' tattoo on his forehead, previously faced decades in prison as part of a racketeering case in which he was accused of using a violent gang as a 'personal hit squad.'

Hernandez's arrest was confirmed by Dominican Republic-based criminal lawyer Felix Portes. In a series of posts on Instagram, Portes said that Hernandez had been attempting to flee the country in a private jet but was put on a 'migration alert' meaning he could leave due to the arrest warrant that had been issued.

The actual assault was not captured on video but a clip showing a group of men about to enter a building allegedly shows the moments before the attack took place. The men then hurry away a few minutes after arriving.

According to the Diario Libre report, Yailin was recording a song at a studio with producer Diamond La Mafia when he was attacked along with another person by five men.

Good to see Tekashi 6ix9ine is still a living breathing person. I guess. Honestly I haven't thought about this dude in quite some time. If you don't know who he is, he's a rapper who got kind of famous back in 2018 for having his face covered in tattoos, then got arrested for conspiracy to commit murder and weaseled his way out of a 47 year sentence by snitching on the "Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods", which either sounds like the scariest gang in the world or a middle school gang started by a chubby white 7th grader in a Cookie Monster flat bill, I can't decide.

But the thing I remember him for most is this video of him running outside in his underwear waving an AK47 in the air. Allegedly he's "running from gang members".

Last I saw of him he was getting the shit kicked out of him by some dudes at an LA Fitness who apparently took snitching very seriously.

I've always felt like his whole life was staged. I mean, you saw those two videos. 6ix9ine very much strikes me as a desperate "do anything for attention even if it makes you look like a complete bitch" type of person. At this point he's a stone's throw away from being an Island Boy. So what do you do when you're a fledging rapper desperately clinging on to relevancy? Fight a couple of your producers for looking at your girl the wrong way and attempt to flea the Dominican in a private jet.

The video of this most recent arrest is one of the more chaotic arrest videos I've seen in some time.

That just seems like way too much for a has been rapper. That's how I'd imagine things would look if Taylor Swift got arrested. Is he really still that popular in some areas of the world? Do people still give a shit what he's doing? Why was that so chaotic? I guess I'm still blogging about him so he's still a little famous. But they're rushing him into the jail like if they don't book him immediately a bomb is going to go off. Or that he was in grave danger of being shot on his way into the police station.

Also, the whole trying to escape the country in a private jet thing. I refuse to believe that 6ix9ine (I really hate having to type that name out so much) has private jet money. He had a couple decent albums. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a couple of his songs on a playlist at one point. GOOBA did go pretty hard in the gym.

But with the amount of legal fees he's had to pay, there's just no way he can afford to be traveling around in a private jet. The internet says his net worth is $8 million, which is nothing to sneeze at, but $8 million isn't going that far if you're flying private.

His whole life just seems staged to me. He's an industry plant and everything he does strikes me as manufactured. Sometimes you gotta commit a few felonies to get that street cred up.
