Notorious Philly Hater Colin Cowherd Actually Defending The Eagles With Logic Is The Shocker Of The Century

Wait...WHAT?!?!?! 99% of society inside and out of the Delaware Valley are piling on the Philadelphia Eagles at the moment. And rightfully so. The team is off in more ways than a zillion right now. No offensive cohesiveness. A lackluster, frustrating defense. The MVP QB1 playing like an average QB2 while calling people out for their commitment. Things ain't pretty for the Birds. Outside of the likes of Spud Spadaro (who is literally on the Eagles payroll) and Howard Eskin (who is on the sideline during games and blows everything Birds), you aren't going to find many media members going out of their way to defend these guys. 

But Colin Cowherd showing signs of civility and rationality when it comes to ANYTHING Philadelphia?!?!?!? That's a shocker. This guy has been clickbating his balls dry at the expense of the great City Of Brotherly Love/reality for years now. Take a gander at a small sample size of shit Cowherd has slinged against the wall when it comes to bashing Philly, the Eagles, and the fans for no real reason whatsoever: 

The dude hasn't been logical when it comes to Philly his entire career, yet here we are. Colin Cowherd is one of the few defending the Philadelphia Eagles when they're at their weakest. OK then. Hey, if Colin is there at the worst, I guess he deserves to be there at the best, too, right? RIGHT!?!?!?

Wrong. 

My best guess is Cowherd is doing this for the ol' contrarian clicks. Not the worst move, but after a generation of talking royal, useless shit it's going to take a bit more love to get back in the good graces of Philly. Regardless, I think we'd all rather have the Eagles winning and Cowherd be a brainless, dickless, hopeless troll than the Birds be in shambles and stinky "Colon" (he'd for sure think that quip straight out of the Rick Reilly's backpage of SI is hilarious) be civilized. Time to get back to basics. That means victory for the Birds and horses in Jetro Lot for the Cowherd.
