Katt Williams Called Out A Bunch Of Big Name Comedians And Based On What Other Comics Are Saying, It Seems Like We Should Believe Him

KFC broke down the story if you haven't heard by now Katt Williams has gone after EVERYONE he can. Steve Harvey, Cedric The Entertainer, Kevin Hart ... you name. The accusations go from everything from stealing material to a story about Martin Lawrence being unoriginal and trying to make him wear a dress in Big Momma's House 2. Nothing was held back, seems like Katt emptied the clip. 

Now I didn't really think much of it nor did I have a side to choose in this war, although Katt Williams stand up special absolutely dominated college dorm rooms in 2006. I missed it by like a day and had already memorized half the lines my friends were reciting all over campus. If you haven't watched it, it's worth it. 

My take is this. In any kind of spat like this, there's 3 stories. The first person's story, the second person's story, and then the real story. One person is usually closer to the truth than the other, but regardless there's always a little bit of truth on each side. Or one person has dirt on the other, but the 2nd person can come back and say well what about this etc. So I just naturally expected this to keep going and turn into a pissing match we would all lose interest in.

Then two things really jumped out at me. 

1 - Clear as day evidence of what looks like Cedric The Entertaininer clearly stealing material ... 

And Steve Harvey clearly stealing material from Mark Curry !!!

2- Comedians defending Katt Williams as being a guy who's a stand up guy and lives up to his word. 

This was the one I was most interested in, take a look at these two stories from Tu Rae Gordon and Richie Redding defending Katt Williams in their time meeting him/opening for him. 

I gotta say this was the real one that sold me. My take is this, guys like this don't remember intricate details from YEARS ago by accident. They knew times, they knew dollar amounts etc. People who do the right thing stand out just as much as people who do the wrong thing. And people who treat people the right way always get remembered with just as much admiration as those who treat people like shit do with hatred. These two comics 100% are telling the truth in my opinion and it goes to show what kind of guy Katt Williams is. Man of his word … which makes me think in this battle of words and shots I wasn't expecting nor did I care to take a side on, I am now very much on Katt Williams side and not because it's the cool thing to do, or I made my opinion off a one minute TikTok, it's because much like Katt said he was keeping receipts … so did everyone else, and those receipts are what's backing up his story.
