Rolling Around In Bed, Outdoor Showers - Jennifer Lopez Showed The World How To Steal The Show In Her New Music Video

Every so often one of the best in the game has to remind the world they are just that. Could be a new radio show, could be dusting off blog fingers or it could be dropping a music video out of nowhere at 54 years old to have everyone drooling of the TRL days. See, that's what this is about. Back in the day and I'm old enough to remember this, this would have been one of those music videos that hit on TRL and the next day at the lunch table would have been discussed at length.

I still don't know what happened to music videos. Why did we ever lose them on our TVs? That's just the old man in me, but this is something that should be watched on TV, not a computer. I mean you start it off with JLo rolling around in bed, doing things. Yeah, that's how you draw in an audience. Shit, that's a headline isn't it? Still working on that.

Oh and talk about a teaser for the release of the video

54 years old! 54 and still doing it. This isn't Christina in her prime with Dirrty or Toxic or any of those ones we remember from our glory days. This is 2024 and Jennifer Lopez popping in to remind Emily Rata that she's the best to ever do it.

Karim mentioned an honest discussion about primes and longevities. That's fair. It's time to start discussing Jennifer Lopez's run as the best. We're multiple decades in - If You Had My Love dropped in 1999. She's outlived music videos on TV. She became synonymous with a green dress. She's headlined a Super Bowl, she's done it all. Now she's turning back the clock again and dropping a music video right in our face. That's what icons do.
