Mark Cuban Casually Tweeted Out That He Is Paying $288 MILLION In Taxes This Year And Is "Proud To Do It"

Ignore the last part of that tweet. I know that's going to be tough for a lot of you (commenters), but you have to try. This isn't a blog about politics. We already know Cuban hates Trump. This is a blog about a man who just casually tweeted out that he is paying $288 MILLION in taxes THIS YEAR ALONE. Think about that for a second. $288 million. A drop in the bucket for him, yet an unfathomable amount of money for the rest of us. He sold the Mavs for $3.5 billion this year so I'm assuming that's why his tax bill is so fucking high but still, holy shit. And no, he's not "proud to do it." No one is proud to write a check for $288 million unless you're getting something in return, which we all know usually isn't the case when it comes to the US government. God only knows where that money is going to go. He actually addressed that on twitter yesterday as well...

Nothing like a casual $13 million rounding error. He also went at it in the mentions with a few of the reply guys...
