Ryan Garcia Maintains His Innocence After Testing Positive For A Banned Substance Before And After The Devin Haney Fight

In case you thought the part-time soap opera, part-time superfight between Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney was over, think again. Dan Rafael of boxing journalism fame broke the story that Ryan tested positive for a banned performance enhancer before AND after the fight with Devin Haney. I know nothing about nothing as Dave Portnoy would say, but Google says Ostarine is a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator, duh) that essentially attaches itself to proteins and helps muscle growth. It would be a shame if someone messaged my skinny ass and told me where to find that.

Now, Ryan says he's completely innocent and that it's a "bull fucking shit claim":

I don't want to speculate on whether he cheated or not, but the Patrick Mahomes at home lookalike in the back smiling from ear to ear makes me think he may have. That's solely based on his homeboy looking like he's up to no good. Haney is understandably upset, while Garcia is taking to Twitter to troll:

There's a lot worse trolls too but you can just click on his profile if you wanna see those. Meanwhile Gervonta Davis (who is defending Garcia and says he doesn't believe he cheated) posted his DMs where he said he's gonna beat Garcia's ass if it comes out as true:

Boxing is such a great soap opera that there's a part of me that wants this to be true because of the aftermath. Large is better suited to answer this but what happens if the B sample also tests positive? Does Haney retain his undefeated record? It's not like Garcia took his belt because he (regardless if it was intentional or not) missed weight, but regardless, none of this is a joking matter:

P.S. I said it once and I'll say it again, but give us Ryan vs Teofimo regardless of any PEDs he may or may not be taking. We've gotta save our sport.
