Normal Times: We Got Shaq Dropping A Diss Track About Shannon Sharpe On Something That Started With Nikola Jokic Winning MVP

You may be wondering why the first tweet is Nikola Jokic winning MVP. Well, it'll make some sense, but this is where it all begins. Shaq turned into Silky Johnson here just flat out telling Nikola Jokic he shouldn't have won. No one is more insecure about modern day bigs than Shaq. We all know Shaq is one of the greatest players to ever live. He's one of the most dominant, however you want to classify it. When you're talking elite of elite, Shaq was/is there.

But for some reason he needs to scream about it. He needs to remind everyone that Nikola Jokic can't guard him or whatever else he goes on about. It's not the rings screaming he does to Chuck, this comes from an entirely different place. Either way, he let it be known that Shai should have won MVP. Whatever, it's pointless to argue about who should have won what. Not like you can appeal a vote process.

Anyways that led to Shannon Sharpe:

Nothing that crazy. I mean sure it'll piss Shaq off, but saying anything will. Calling him envious is far from the worst thing said. That's where it starts to pick up with Shaq responding:

Buddy went notes app for an Instagram post. That's 42 Nicky Smokes blogs right there or 1 Greenie Celtics recap from November. It's something that Francis would write a post about or Ohio's Tate would break out the red pen for and collect pageviews. Pretty lame to tell a Hall of Famer to google you. We all know who you are, Shaq!

Then it happened. It's what always happens in scenarios now when people are arguing. A diss track.

Smart to tag Barstool Sports in the post. First company to address rap beefs, these guys right here:

All I know is this is one of the more bizarre times we live in. We have Shaq and Shannon Sharpe arguing and dropping shit like this all because Nikola Jokic won MVP. Was it even that much of a debate? I mean Shai is awesome, but everyone felt like Jokic was going to win. Diss tracks are everywhere and now ex-players are in a fight because Nikola Jokic won the MVP. A week where everyone was arguing about could NBA players in the NFL or vice versa, and this is what really sets it off.

Shannon Sharpe is now on the clock for his diss track response. If we learned anything this past week or so, there should be at least 3 in a row.
