'He Reminds Me Of Scottie Scheffler, Except He Didn't Get Arrested' - Nick Bosa Explaining How Brock Purdy Isn't Going To Change When He Gets A New Contract

I was wondering when we'd get someone from another sport start cracking jokes about Scottie getting arrested. Can't say it's necessarily shocking that Bosa was the one to do it. But what a comparison for Brock Purdy. I mean, on one hand, sure it makes sense. They are both quiet, they just show up and play, go home and mostly stay out of the news. Well, until, you know, Scottie got arrested.

But on the other hand we're talking about the best golfer in the world. Brock Purdy is a good quarterback, he's a starter in the NFL. But he's not the best in the world. He's not even the best in his own division. Maybe he's more like Patrick Cantlay or someone like that. A good young player who has a ton of success, especially in team events, but doesn't have the major. 

Kinda think Brock Purdy needs to get arrested now. That or at least start chugging beers on stage with George Kittle. 

Can't just be the guy holding the case of beer and tossing them to Kittle. Mix it up from time to time. Start acting like Saracen when he bonds with Smash Williams and Riggins. Can't just be hanging out with the Landry's of the world, at least pre-murder Landry. Still the dumbest storyline in TV history. But being called Scottie Scheffler without the arrest? Highest of praises.
