Dave Is Feeling The Heat For Abandoning Tom Brady And All Of Pats Nation For Leaving The HOF Induction Early

In case you missed it, last night Tom Brady was inducted into the Patriots HOF. A huge event for Pats fans everywhere, as they packed the stadium to see Brady's career honored by many legends, including Jay-Z, Gronk, Belichick, Kraft, Randy Moss, and others. Mr. Kraft was kind enough to invite Dave, along with the Brady 3, to be his personal VIP guests for the night. Brady even shouted them out in his speech. But Dave was already long gone. He left the ceremony to go to a bar. When the camera panned to the table he should have been sitting at, it was Hank, Gaz, and Feits waving to the crowd. Brady was confused. The world was confused. Why would Dave leave early? Well, he provided an explanation today:

I nailed it.

I'm sure he'll spin zone his little weiner off and call me a loser and blah blah blah. But man. Remake the tshirts. Send the old ones to Africa. Because now? "It's Brady, Belichick, Gaz, Hank, Feits." 

It's the most predictable Dave 101 spin zone I've ever seen. He's basically an AI program when it comes to spin zoning an L. Act like you're part of the team, say the person who you did dirty "would understand more than anyone", call me a loser, throw in random other cliches in between, put a nice bow on it, Go Pres Go. There's no denying it, that's why he's the best in biz. People will eat it up like soup. Slurp slurp slurp. 

But NO. He should not get off that easy. Because everyone is now wondering- was it all an act? Did Dave never care for Tom or the Pats to begin with? Does he just go whichever way the wind blows? Oh the Pats are bad now, better pivot to being a Celtics fan! It's a sad peak behind the curtain of a man everyone thought was the most honest man they knew. Lots of Barstool employees have some tweets to delete now. Very sad.

I'm sure based on that video it's not eating him up inside. The chirping definitely isn't getting to him. We should definitely all lay off and not hold this over his head forever.
