ANOTHER Game Of Thrones Spin-Off Has Begun Filming. "A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms" Is Set To Debut In 2025

HBO leaked a few years ago that they were working on FOUR spinoffs of Game Of Thrones and by the end of 2025 we will be 50% of the way home. "A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms" is going to follow the story of Ser Duncan and his Squire Egg. It takes place 100 years before Game of Thrones and 100 years after the House Of The Dragon. It's based on the George RR Martin novella (I don't know what the difference is between a book and a novella) "The Hedge Knight" that was published in 1998. Which begs the question...did George RR Martin write every book in the WORLD before finishing A Song Of Fire And Ice? Now look, I haven't read one single book in this series. I don't give a fuck if he writes it or not at this point, but it was infuriating to watch the greatest show ever fall on it's face because it had no framework of a book to adapt. I recently re-watched all of Game of Thrones and I didn't hate the final season as much as I did the first watch through, but it did leave a little bit of a sour taste in my mouth that has made me hesitant to dive into the House of the Dragon.  I guess that is the great lesson here. You can always procrastinate your ass off and things will still work out. George RR Martin probably has more money than he ever dreamed of when he first started writing his medieval incest porn books. Got everything he ever wanted without even finishing what he started. That's the modern american dream right there.
