'There's Idiots Everywhere' - Brandon Beane Is Sick And Tired Of People Calling Josh Allen Overrated, Calls Out Some Anonymous Executive

So a couple weeks ago some anonymous executive said that about Josh Allen. One of the more overrated players in the league. Somehow this wasn't Nicky Smokes. This was a real person who works somewhere in the NFL. Like Beane says executive is a loose term. Could be some personal assistant to a coach to a front office guy to a scout. No one knows. But Beane ain't gonna back down from defending his guy:

Yeah, I agree. We gotta stop this anonymous person says this about a player stuff. I don't know if it's just because shit is more accessible than ever, but I don't remember growing up with all these anonymous sources for stories. If you called someone overrated, you did it from your locker in front of a camera - or at least in front of a person holding a pen and paper to write it down. Plus, if you say this with your name on it at least people can hate you and rivalries will mean something again. 

Again, I don't really understand this narrative that Josh Allen is overrated. Bengals fans scream it because they beat the Bills in the playoffs and demand everyone say their name no matter what you're talking about. Dolphins fans scream it because they have nothing else to scream about. I'm assuming most of it is due to the fact Josh Allen hasn't played in a Super Bowl. We all know in 2024 that's what people base everything on.
