The Challenge 40: Tony Is The Dumbest Player We've Ever Seen In All Of Reality Television (BONUS: Nia Talking About Throat Goats)
I know there are a bunch of us who watch The Challenge. We're all typically older and grew up with Road Rules vs Real World before we got to what the show is now. That's why I'm writing this blog. Well, that and the fact we saw the dumbest move in Challenge history last night, which is truly saying something. Before I get into it there will be spoilers.
AGAIN THERE WILL BE SPOILERS
LAST CHANCE TO AVOID SPOILERS
Okay, we can get into it now. Tony is the dumbest player the show has seen. Last night him and Era III won the daily. Awesome, that means they are safe - or at least you'd think so. Tony and Averey were the leaders and had to throw in another era's leaders to face Darrell and Jodi. Options were Kaycee and Kyland (Era IV) or Derek and Aviv (Era II). Seems simple here considering you want to get rid of good players who aren't on your team. Tony wanted to throw in Derek and Aviv to try and strike an alliance with Era IV, Averey is best friends with Derek and has an alliance with Era II, wanted to throw in Kaycee and Kyland.
What does Tony do? Uses his ace right away - tells Averey he will go down and doesn't care. Let's see how that worked out:
Yep, you probably figured it out. Tony and Averey had to go play as winners. All because Tony couldn't comprehend what the entire house knew, throw in the best players and get rid of someone who is good. Instead Tony barely competed and got his ass kicked by Darrell. Sent home during the 2nd elimination as a guy who won the daily. In a team game mind you too. Meanwhile Averey won her elimination against Jodi, because everyone who watches this show could see that coming. Easily the dumbest move I've seen in the 40 seasons of The Challenge, which is truly saying something because of some of the moronic stuff we've seen.

LVP: Tony
MVP: Nia, who hooked up with Kyland and then went on a hilarious horny tweet spree last night
