52-Year-Old Jaromir Jagr Is Currently Scoring A Point Per Game In The Czech League

I made a promise to myself and to you, the great readers of BarstoolSports [dot] com, that I would blog every point that Jaromir Jagr scores from now until the moment he finally hangs up the skates for good. The man is 52-years-old, turning 53 this season, and still going strong in the Czech league for his Kladno Knights. Who knows what point might be the last he ever picks up in his professional hockey playing career, but I doubt it was his latest. Because at 52-years-young, Jags is still producing at a point per game clip.

Now granted, it's just 1 point in 1 game. But that's still 1 more point in a professional hockey league than any other 52-year-old on the planet has scored. Just look at this sick bastard go.

It's effortless for him. Winning battles for loose pucks. Finding soft spots on the ice to get a shot off. And when you're Jaromir Jagr putting pucks on net, good things tend to happen.

From the looks of it, this is going to be the final season for Jaromir Jagr. Almost makes me want to leave my wife and kids to spend the year in Kladno following him around.

2 Cups. An Olympic gold medal. A World Championship. 5x Art Ross winner. The most goals scored in professional hockey history across the NHL, KHL, and Czech league. And on top of it all, the man wheels around more rockets than Leonardo DiCaprio. He's as all-time as all-time gets. I'm pretty sure the Czech season is 52-games long, so we only have 51 more times to see him out on the ice. Soak it in now while we still can.

P.S. -- It's always going to be special that Gaudreau had the assist on Jagr's final goal in the NHL. A couple of legends just doing what they do best.
