Exclusive Interview With The Viral Yankees Fan Who Has Taken The Internet By Storm For Interfering With Mookie Betts During The World Series

The reaction from the viral Yankee fan who interfered with Mookie Betts last night has been nothing short of outrageous. People honestly think he should be in jail. They think what he did was legitimate assault and that it's disgusting to even acknowledge the moment was a tiny bit funny. We've truly lost our minds.

Well, we struck while the iron was hot and got in contact with Austin Capobianco so he could come into HQ before heading down to the stadium. Honestly? I'm convinced he was made in a lab to be the perfect Yankee fan. All he cares about is this team winning and signing back Juan Soto. Sure he was bummed to have his tickets taken away, but by no means was he surprised by MLB's decision. Also it should be clear he's not the guy who grabbed Mookie's arm, that was his friend. We all agreed that was crossing the line. Grabbing the ball and tossing it back onto the field was just funny. Unfortunately there's too many people on the internet who think they're perfect and can do no wrong. They also can't acknowledge a legit funny moment even if it happens right in front of their face. Granted it's the Yankees so by no means are we allowed to have anything. Everyone hates us. That's okay, but that moment can still give you a laugh as well.

People will always hate Yankees fans. No matter what we do or how hard some fans try to show we're good people, the image of the whole fanbase will be we're scumbags. You dive into the stands to try and steal an out from one of our players? You might get the ball ripped out of your glove. Hey, we just want to win. People are acting like he broke Mookie's arm and punched him in the face. This fan Austin just wanted Gleyber's at bat to extend. They were down 3-0 in the series and needed a spark. If this turns into something this fan will be viewed as a cult hero who lit the fire.
