Mookie Betts Came In 2nd Place In A Random Scratch Bowling Tournament A Day After His 3rd World Series Parade

If you were wondering what Mookie Betts was doing in his offseason look no further. All he did the day after celebrating his 3rd World Series parade was hit the lanes and come in 2nd place in a scratch bowling tournament. He found a bowling alley in Southern California and entered his name in the tourney. We've known he's an incredible bowler for a while now, we've seen the videos of him bowling 300s and winning all those charity tournaments. But how awesome is this move by him? Probably a little hungover from the parade and celebrating and he just wanted to spin em. Kind of a hilarious visual of Mookie strolling into this bowling alley and randomly entering his name, everyone in there must have been in awe. And that picture, how good is that? Mookie is like 5'9 so those guys must be 5'4! A hilarious picture out of context, you know it'll be hanging on those guys fridges too.

The reddit thread highlighting it had a hilarious write up too. They just talked about him like he was a normal guy, not like he's one of the best right fielders ever. Literally no mention that it's THAT Mookie Betts, just a score review and thats it. And how about that podium? Look at those guys, none of them probably had any idea they'd be playing against a future HOFer that day. And what a day for Kyler  Must be nice to be able to look at Mookie and come out on top. Get to talk a little shit to him, get a bigger prize than him, neat little story to tell at work on Monday.

Mookie is kind of just like us. A normal guy who goes to work on the weekdays and then likes to relax and unwind on the weekends. Finds himself at the local lanes and grabs a drink with the boys. See, just like you and I. Good week for Mookie, cemented his HOF status and 2nd place in that tournament. Probably a little cash prize there too, or like $35 dollars to a Texas Roadhouse. Not a bad week at all.
