'A Bunch Of Dogs On A Plane, What'd You Expect To Happen?' - 24 Hours After Brawling On Its Flight, Auburn Basically Turned Into The Best Team In The Country

We all know what happened at this point. If you somehow don't:

Two guys into a fight, turn the plane around, leave them there and go play Houston. Seems easy considering Houston is on the shortlist of best teams in the country, play a suffocating defense and will beat the shit out of you. They wan to play physical, they want to break your soul. It's how Kelvin Sampson coaches and to be honest with everyone, Houston is one of my favorite programs to watch every year.

Except now I think Auburn has to get into a brawl every game. Why?

Easily the best win of the season (granted, it's been a week). But Auburn going to Houston and shooting nearly 60% in the second half? Yeah, it's time to start thinking Auburn can be a team that should be on the title contender list. Especially if Tahaad Pettiford is gonna be this sort of freshman.

Dude wasn't scared of the moment. 21 points off the bench, lead the team in scoring, not bad. But of course, all we heard about was the plane fight. How could we not? Needless to say Dylan Cardwell is willing to throw hands on any and every plane if he has to

Can't stop laughing that Broome and Pearl kept it pretty quiet. Just stuff happens, happy rides. Cardwell: WHAT DO YOU EXPECT TO HAPPEN? Every team needs someone like Dylan Cardwell. You can't all be boring or diplomatic with your answers. You need to have a loose cannon and not even the dudes swinging on each other in the skies.

All I know is this was an awesome game. It was a game that college basketball needs to have early in the season. Stop playing it on Saturday night during college football. Why the hell wasn't this the opening night game? Why not play it on Wednesday when there was nothing going on? We only hurt the sport when we play big games stuck behind football.
