Mark Titus Thinks the Number 1 Ranked Kansas Jayhawks Are Frauds
Look I'm not sure what it is, but Titus has some sort of stick up his ass about Hunter Dickinson and the Kansas Jayhawks. My two cents is that they have pieced together the best roster in college basketball, courtesy of both returnees and an insane transfer portal haul, they have a Hall of Fame coach, and so far....through two games....they have beaten Howard by 30 like they should have, and they got up 20 on North Carolina in the first half at home and held on to win.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Kansas is my head and shoulders best team in the country and that they'll run away with the title, but what I'm saying is "Is Kansas a Fake Number One Team?" is a flat out bananas headline to be rolling out right after they beat UNC. But then again, I guess that's why it's called the Mark Titus Show. He'll tell you they're talented. He'll tell you they bring two guys off the bench that were the best players on their team, including one being the best player in his entire conference, last year. But he'll also spend the rest of the conversation telling you how Hunter Dicksinson, who posted a 20/10 double double the other night in a Top 10 matchup, is going to be who holds them back. I'll say this: it'll be interesting to watch the rest of the season unfold as 90% of the country thinks Dickinson will be a 1st team All-American and potentially the player of the year, but Titus thinks he'll be the downfall of the Jayhawks. Let's see who knows ball!
