'He's The No. 1 Pick, But We Got The Win' - Kerr Kriisa Won't Stop Talking Shit About Duke, The Perfect Asshole For The New Kentucky Era

I talked to Titus and Tate. I slept on it. I've rewatched the game and highlights more times than I care to admit. Kentucky is better and more importantly Kentucky is back. Why? It's simple, really. Coaching. Getting guys to believe in playing for Kentucky and not just a quick stop before it's millions of bucks at top picks, but rather Mark Pope getting every single player to buy into their role and then outcoaching Jon Scheyer and whoever else lines up across from him.

And you know who bought into their role arguably more than anyone else? Kerr Kriisa. He's the instigator. He's the guy who has some shit to him and isn't afraid of anyone - the man wears 77 to troll Luka Doncic for crying out loud. And it started with this simple quote before the game:

Duke fans got their panties in a bunch about it. How dare he insult Cooper Flagg? Cooper Flagg is the best prospect since Zion Williamson and would never fail! There's no chance he'd turn the ball over not once but twice down the stretch with the game on the line. Well, good news is Kerr Kriisa will never stop talking shit:

Did he miss two threes late that were 3/4 of the way down and would have sucked the soul out of Duke? Yeah, but I don't care. He's open. Pope wants his guys to shoot. But this Kentucky team is different. Nobody hates Mark Pope. Nobody hates Andrew Carr, Amari Williams, Lamont Butler, Koby Brea, etc. Everyone, besides us, hates Kerr Kriisa and that's what we need. The backup point guard who can come in, know his role, and piss everyone off. Will he maybe do too much one game? I'm mentally preparing myself for it. But he didn't do it against Duke.

Oh and this is all I need to know that we're in a new era:

Goddamn it feels good to be back.
