If the Philadelphia Eagles win a Super Bowl in 2024, Joe Schoen deserves a ring. I mean there's not a single human on planet Earth who has more do to with the success of this Eagles team right now than that dumb jackass up the turnpike. The fact that he just let Saquon Barkley walk right into the arms of the Eagles will forever change the course of this franchise's history.

He is incredible. He is the best running back to ever live. We are now 11 games through the season and I don't think the Eagles have ever had a player who is THIS explosive.

A 70-yard touchdown in the 3rd quarter. A 72-yard touchdown in the 4th quarter. 255 yards on the ground. Over 300 yards total. Saquon Barkley alone outscored and outgained the entire New York Giants today. So let me take a quick moment and thank Joe Schoen on behalf of Eagles fans everywhere.

And it wasn't even just the Rams players who were getting the life ran out of them by Saquon tonight. Even the sound guy ended up on the receiving end of a violent Saquon carry.

It still wasn't quite as violent as the stiff arm he put on Christian Rozeboom, but you get the point.

Saquon Barkley and the Philadelphia Eagles didn't just beat the Rams tonight. They mercilessly pounded the Rams. They made sure the entire league saw that this team has found a way to perfect the art of Bully Ball. From Saquon to AJ Brown to goddamn Milton Williams.

Obviously Saquon benefits greatly from the offensive line bullying the guys up front. Obviously Milton Williams benefits greatly from Jalen Carter demanding double teams on every single snap and leaving Big Milt with the green light to attack one on one.

Masterclass. That's the only way to describe this game. Everything was as advertised. Jalen Hurts made a few big throws when he needed to, made plenty of big plays with his legs, and most importantly he protected the football. The running game was the best in the league. The defense made Matthew Stafford's life a living hell for most of that game. And Nick Sirianni? Well I've been as anti-Sirianni as it gets this season. But tonight was his best game of the season by far. The challenge on the fumble on the first drive of the game. Accepting the penalty when the Rams were going to go for it on 4th down anyway. Being fired up on the sideline but not overly animated all night. Nick Sirianni was pushing all the right buttons and making all the right decisions tonight. From top to bottom, this was an Eagles win that makes you feel confident that this team is special.

7 in a row. That doesn't just happen by accident in the National Football League. The Birds are a juggernaut.
