YES! YES! YES!: Jerry Jones Went On Radio And Announced To The World He's 'Not Ruling Out A Contract Extension' For Mike McCarthy

Yes! You gotta extend Mike McCarthy, Jerry! He won a Super Bowl at one point in his career, no need to move on from that. You can't just bring in a guy who won a Super Bowl before (okay, maybe Doug Pederson, actually try that out too). But this is just what we all needed to see before Cooper Rush and Tommy DeVito get on our screens for Thanksgiving. You gotta keep the boys fired up and make sure they get this win. Can't lose to the Giants, we stink, gotta make sure you beat us on national TV.

This is why we need Jerry Jones around forever. He's too much of a content machine to just have the Cowboys be run by anyone else. The team stinks, they lost a year and still won't win a Super Bowl, but that won't stop him from thinking there will be a contract extension. Zig while everyone else zags. Why rebuild with a new coach when you know what you're getting in Mike McCarthy? Plus, you can't replicate this look

This is where we'll truly find out if Jerry listens to anyone. Obviously people gotta be smart enough to know they have to fire Mike McCarthy or are at least able to read everyone saying so. Jerry notoriously doesn't listen to anyone and if he wants to be in charge of the team he will give Mike McCarthy a contract extension on TV during the Thanksgiving game. The time is right, Jerry. Do it now.  You already said it's not crazy so prove it.
