'I Ain't Making No Threats, I'm Making Promises' - Texans DT Tim Settle Warns Patrick Mahomes Before Their Game, Clearly Forgets About The Chiefs Voodoo

Look, I get that you want to be confident heading into any game and that we're talking about a different Patrick Mahomes this year. He hasn't looked the same - until the game is on the line and then they just never lose. But when will you learn? You play for the Texans. You've been down this road before. Everyone remembers the letterman jacket fiasco. You can't be making promises or threats or anything along those lines when you play for the Texans. 

I do think it'd be hilarious if the Chiefs sit Patrick Mahomes now. You have the Texans defense planning on taking advantage of a bad offensive line and an injured Mahomes. Just sit him. We know the regular season doesn't matter for the Chiefs. They proved that last year. It's no longer 'oh can they win on the road in the playoffs' they did that a year ago. They are in, so just sit him, let the Texans get false hope and then beat them in the playoffs. 

There's a short list of people you can't just be out here making promise or threats against. Mahomes is one of them. I's even more true considering everyone thinks the Chiefs have some sort of voodoo this year and winning close games. You wanna fuck with voodoo? Absolutely not. At least save this for the playoffs when the game actually matters. The Texans locked up the AFC South because the AFC South sucks. No one cares if you win this game, you can't be making threats in a game like this. Gotta save it because what happens if there's a rematch? Can't one-up the threat/promise.
