It's Fair To Say Ravens Fans Are Going Through It
Just a perfect display of raw emotion for sports fans folks. This is why they buy the tickets, this is why they buy the jerseys, read all the articles and live and breathe with the team. Fanatics not fans as they say. Let's break down each video and criticize it as we go.
The first ...
This is the one I found to be the most authentic and truest of the reactions. When you were watching this game as a Ravens fan you had to be experiencing a roller coaster of emotions. From the slow start to the big time comeback including a huge drive late where they could potentially tie the game. Their fans went from the lowest of low to the highest of high. All you need is 3 yards to tie the game. 3 freaking yards. And they run a play with a guy wide open about to score and he drops it. Brutal. The guy in the video almost seems too shocked to scream and curse. He just looks like he got hit with a bag of bricks and the only thing he can say is get him off the team.
The second ...
I got to say, I don't see it with this caller. Lamar had a really bad INT but what else did you want him to do? He was pretty good in the game. The fumble was very roughy but 18/25 254 yards 2 TD and the INT. What else did he want them to do? I felt this caller should have gone after Andrews not Lamar but that's just me.
The third ...
Very cliche. The burning of the jersey is the most go to move in situations like this and I don't understand it. One it's a dangerous fire hazard, and Two it's over reactive. Now most times people do this when people get traded, but in this situation Andrews was the scapegoat. You could easily say he fucked up, but it wasn't like he did it on purpose. I know that's hard to stomach but burning his jersey isn't going to fix that drop and that fumble. But hey that's just me.
