Watch This When You're High - How Did The Roman Empire Fall?

Lots of talk recently about the great Roman Empire. 

Supposedly, studies found that men today think about it wayyyyyy more than you would ever expect. 

And there's lots of buzz about the similarities between the Roman Empire and America today.

The video up above at the top of the blog is for anybody not looking to spend more than 10-15 minutes learning about what the hell happened and how the Romans fucked it all up. 

But one of the best videos you'll find was done by The History Channel for their "COLOSSEUM" series. If you have the time, throw this on your tv on demand or watch here. It's wild seeing some of the shit that went down. Especially towards the end. In hindsight, it's very apparent that the "circus" part of the "bread and circus" really was a reflection of the society deteriorating. 

This lady's videos are also pretty awesome if you have the time to watch them. This one she did on the collapse of the Roman Empire is just under an hour, but it's great.
