The Jags Are Reportedly 'Stunned' Coaches Don't Want To Work With Trent Baalke, Which Is Exactly Why The Jags Are A Horrible Franchise

There are just some franchises that will always be a loser franchise. The Jags feel like they are in that camp. Liam Coen (Kentucky) turned them down. From all accounts it seemed like it was basically Coen's job if he wanted it. Everyone for the last few days have had him linked there, all that stuff. But now he turns it down to stay on as an offensive coordinator and apparently the Jags are stunned. Hmm, if only there was something they could have done:

No idea why Trent Baalke is still the GM. I'm far from a Jags fan, but basically any person who watches football is saying this. You fired Pederson but you kept the GM who isn't making anything of note happen? Sure. That always goes well in a coaching search. Why not just revamp the whole thing? Instead you become a laughingstock because you get reports that coaches don't want to work with Baalke and you're stuck with him.

I'd love and I mean I'd love to have a camera inside the Jags offices this morning. Need to see the reaction of Khan and the rest of the guys there when these reports come out. You can't even hide it. You were on video saying you'd fire the guy if a coach gave you a good reason. That's one of the more insane things from this offseason. You decided to keep Baalke, but also will fire him if need be. Nothing like the Jags man.
