People Trying To Blame Josh Allen For The Last Play Are Out Of Their Damn Minds - He Made A Ridiculous Pass. Dalton Kincaid Dropped It.
We know what happened. No need to recap it. You see the video right there. Spags brought a blitz from the corner, tricked the Bills and all that. But what I saw after is fucking insane. People trying to say Josh Allen made a mistake. People trying to say how he missed a wide open Khalil Shakir because of dots:
First off - we're just ignoring Josh Allen running for his life. Second, Shakir is 15 yards away from the 1st down marker when he's open and Allen is still running the other way. Third, it took so long for the play to develop! It's easy to say he should have thrown it to Shakir because he was open when you take out all the elements. Oh and finally, Dalton Kincaid dropped it:
Tough catch? Yeah, sure. I'll listen to that argument, but it's the NFL with the game on the line. He dropped it. No one is saying anything else, it's sports. It's okay to say a dude dropped a pass. Somehow we lost that in talking about plays and shit like that. Allen threw this off his back foot, gave his guy a chance to catch the ball and he didn't. That's the story. Not whether Shakir was open as Allen is running for his life. Our ball knower here chimes in perfectly
Again, plenty of blame to go around. Stop fucking sneaking left over and over again. But it's also fine to say Dalton Kincaid dropped the pass. That's what happened. Sometimes it's as simple as that.
