Kirk Cousins Now Admits the Falcons' Four-Game Losing Streak That Cost Them a Playoff Spot Started After He Sustained an Arm Injury but Kept Playing Terribly Anyway

Someone needs to go to prison for this. I don't know if it's Kirk Cousins for continuing to play when it was clear to him and everyone else that he was not ok or if it's Terry Fontenot and Raheem Morris for allowing that to happen, but heads need to roll. This guy fell off a cliff, completely tanked the season and everyone just let it happen without ever mentioning the fact that he got his arm knocked off right as everything went to shit?

Knowing the Falcons' luck, they're going to lose another draft pick for not properly disclosing this injury and the Cousins era — if it even qualifies as such — will go down as one of the biggest failed experiments in NFL history. A $180 million contract that produced one season that went from 6-3 to 8-9, Cousins getting benched and losing Atlanta multiple draft picks in just one year. Incredible, really.

This franchise honestly rocks. Nowhere else in sports do you get this level of entertainment mixed with incompetence. There are other teams that might be worse, but they don't raise the sucking to an art form and infuse fun storylines like this. You have to at least give the Falcons credit for that part of things. They will never bore you.
