"Be Good. Do Good. God Bless. Go Bills." - Josh Allen Gave a Great Speech While Accepting His First Ever NFL MVP Award

Obviously not the trophy Josh Allen wants to be hoisting in February, but the Bills QB did take home the first MVP award of his career Thursday night. He narrowly snuck out the W over Lamar Jackson in a tight vote.

You could easily make the case that Lamar should have won the third MVP award of his career after the insane season he had, but take a look at Allen's roster and what he was able to do. I think that's what swung voters in the end. Regardless, good for him finally winning it. His speech was genuinely awesome and pretty heartfelt when he talked about his parents raising him. By all accounts just an unbelievably talented dude with a great head on his shoulders.

Shout out Slick Rick in the mail room getting a mention in Josh's MVP speech.

And of course Hailee Steinfeld.

One day Josh Allen will win the Super Bowl. It just has to happen and when it does it'll be epic. For now he'll have to settle for an MVP award, incredible talent, generational wealth, and an incredibly hot, soon-to-be wife. Tough go for him.
