Jerry Jones Is 'Shocked' The Cowboys Aren't In The Super Bowl After Making Dak Prescott The Highest Paid Player (He Forgets It's Been 30 Years)

Hell yes. Again, this is why we want Jerry Jones to have a mic in front of him at all times. There's one person on the planet who is shocked the Cowboys aren't in the Super Bowl. That man is Jerry Jones. It's been 30 years since the Cowboys had a chance to make the Super Bowl. They are a pointless franchise when it comes to the playoffs. They have the same chance as the Jaguars at this point. Actually, that may be rude to the Jags. They've made 2 conference championships since the Cowboys have. The Cowboys are basically the Browns. That's more accurate.

I gotta give Jerry credit here. Incredible quote. He made sure to basically sound like he's blaming Dak for not making the Super Bowl after getting this huge extension. How could Jerry Jones take any blame? He's not making any of the key decisions in his mind, it's all on the players. It's not like Dallas sports fans are seeing this and forgetting about Nico Harrison and Luka for a second to remember how bad Jerry has been.

Again, the NFL needs Jerry Jones. We need Jerry Jones. Any time you start to wonder how bad your team's front office can be Jerry says something that just warms your heart. You're reminded that things aren't as bad as being a Cowboys fan. We're not stuck talking about things that happened years ago. We remember good times once Y2K was over with. We remember playoff wins and not throwing players and coaches under the bus. The best to do it.
