Nick Foles May Have Found The Secret To The Eagles' Success, And It's All Thanks To Tom Brady

There are only 2 humans on planet Earth who can ever throw any sort of slight shot at Tom Brady. There are only 2 quarterbacks in the history of humanity who have ever faced Tom Brady in a Super Bowl and have come out on top--Eli Manning and Nick Foles. Nobody else would even dare to talk about the GOAT in any sort of disparaging manner.
With that power comes great responsibility. That responsibility is to take those shots every single opportunity you get. And last night, Nick Foles got his in.
Now granted, Tom Brady was also there for one of the Eagles' 3 losses in the Super Bowl when the Patriots beat the Eagles in '04. But the fact that he was in the building for both wins? Maybe BDN is on to something here. Numbers never lie, and the numbers say the Eagles are 2-1 in Super Bowls with Brady there. And credit to Tom Brady. His greatness is so powerful that his presence alone is able to potentially birth another dynasty out of thin air.
Also, I have to admit that Tom Brady has been great about his "beef" with Foles. He takes it in stride every time Foles gets brought up on the broadcast. They did this commercial together.
I'm sure the fact that Brady went on to win 2 more rings after losing that Super Bowl to Nick Foles helped heal some of those wounds. But it's still cool to see Brady play along with it all these years later. And it's also nice to finally have a national broadcaster who seems to actually respect the Eagles' greatness. Good luck charm or not, Tom Brady gets a lifetime pass as an honorary Philly guy.
