Keith Hernandez And The Mets Broadcast Booth Continues To Be The Best In The League, This Time Keith Says He’s Distracted At A Local Pickleball Game For Obvious Reasons

Aghhhh baseball is back. Listen we’re knee deep in college basketball and so Spring Training was buried on TV5 (one of the two smaller ones) in my basement. (Reminder I have 5 TV’s as the clowns asking about the hockey game the other night didn’t seem to understand) I didn’t have the sound on but luckily caught the clip. I’m glad I did. 

This is reason 6048373737 why The Mets broadcast is just the best. The team has been bad more times than it’s good and every night you happily watch because the booth gels so well. They make you laugh, they teach you something, they just seem like 3 guys you wanna watch a game with. I almost enjoy them more in blowouts because they say what they’re really thinking and try to make it funny. Like Keith talking about wanting to go home or how dumb someone looks in the stands. That’s what it’s supposed to be. Have fun. 

Anyway, in today’s version of why they are the best Keith just openly says what everyone is thinking. The woman playing Pickleball in the shot has two very obvious reasons why she can be distracting. She knows it and everyone watching knows it. Why lie about it? Keith says it and that’s why they are the best. Honest, funny and work so well together. 

Can’t wait for real Mets games.
