The Rick Pitino Voodoo Keeps On Working - St. John's And Zuby Ejiofor Rips Out Marquette's Hearts At The Buzzer

You want to talk about a team just figuring everything out right now? St. John's. They don't make sense. They don't shoot well. But they just beat the shit out of you. That's what happened here. Marquette had the ball, ready to go to 2OT and instead it's ripped from them. This is the Rick Pitino effect. He comes in, he wins, he wins a lot. Big East champs, gonna be a top-5 team or so next week headlining the Big East Tournament. He goes and gets Kadary Richmond out of the portal, he had a triple-double today. 

This is just exactly St. John's basketball. The rip from Richmond, the pass from Wilcher, the finish from Zuby. Just get used to it. I can't even be surprised when it comes to St. John's anymore. Rick Pitino has voodoo working. They just win, there's no other way to describe how they play. They don't care how pretty or ugly it is. They just find a way to win. 

MSG is going to be unreal next week. Big East Tournament is always elite, but now that St. John's actually matters, yeah, going to be the best atmosphere by far.
