20 Wins In A Row?!?!? The Tennesse Vols Are On A Mission From God....

Lost in the the March Madness, SEC Baseball league play started over the weekend.

And one team stands out once again above them all…. the defending Champion Tennessee Volunteers.

Despite losing basically their entire roster from last year's title team, the Vols swept #7 Florida in Knoxville to start the season 20-0?!?!?

How the hell is that even possible? Do you know hard it is to win 20 baseball games in a row?!?! And the Vols won their final 6 games last year too so the winning streak is 26 games!

The controversial Tony Vitello is doing the Lord's Work in Knoxville clearly. The Vols have been the top program in college baseball the last 4 seasons and 2025 looks no different. 

Ole Miss transfer Liam Doyle has emerged as one of the top Friday night starters in college baseball. Despite new names everywhere in the lineup, the bats just keep mashing.

Rumors of Tennessee's demise have proven to be greatly exaggerated…..

The other big story of opening weekend is what the hell is going on with Texas A&M?!?!?

The preseason #1 returned nearly everyone from last year's national runner up team with the notable exceptions of Coach Schloss and pitching Coach Max Weiner who bolted to UT in Austin. The Aggies promoted hitting coach Michael Earley to head coach and the loaded Aggie lineup is not hitting.

Alabama went into College Station and swept the Aggies on their home field….. Not good. Road sweeps are such a rarity in the SEC too. 

Texas A&M was even shut out on a Sunday by the 3rd starter for Bama…….

The Aggies have fallen out of the Top 25 and are easily the biggest disappointment in the nation but it is still Earley…..

Coach Schloss's Longhorns proved they belong in the SEC by sweeping Mississippi State on the road in Starkville in their 1st ever SEC series.
