ANOTHER CLUTCH GAME WINNING SHOT FOR THE INDIANA PACERS BECAUSE THERE AIN'T NO STOPPIN OBI TOPPIN!!!
Ain't No Stoppin' Obi Toppin!!!! Not only can he dunk, but he's also clutch as hell from distance. 7 3's for Obi Toppin including a game winning shot that was almost identical to Haliburton's game winner against the Bucks the other night. The only difference with this game is the Pacers were down 5 starters while going up against a Wolves team on an 8 game win streak. After the bench faced criticism about their regression costing Indiana a win in Milwaukee last game, the bench said we are EATING tonight. The Pacers assembled threw together a team with bailing wire, bubble gum, and some Ft. Wayne Mad Ants players to pull out the W against Anthony Edwards. But Ant Man is the future face of the league, the NOW belongs to none other than OBI TOPPIN!
I wish I could say I watched this game, but I was streaming on Stool Gametime. I was pretty disappointed I'd be missing a Pacers game for the stream, but felt relieved when I saw the laundry list of starters getting rest. Awesome, I'm missing a game we can chalk up as an easy L. WRONG! Never count out this Pacers team. THEY HAVE TOO MUCH FIGHT IN THEM TO GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT!!!! While streaming I got the alert they were up 20 at halftime and couldn't believe I was reading it right. Luckily I was able to catch the last 3 minutes of the 4th and overtime. Despite being outgunned, and the best efforts of a dagger bank in 3 by Indianapolis basketball legend Mike Conley, Obi Toppin put down 7 3's to give the Pacers the edge. Loved watching the starters cheer this team to victory. Haliburton might have loved this game more than the win against the Bucks. Love these guys. Pause.
As I said, I was streaming tonight. It was a horror video game with a billion jump scares. It was a lot of fun, but there is zero chance I don't sleep with every light in the apartment on tonight.
