Every Time Nico Harrison Speaks He Sounds Like The Dumbest Person In Sports - Now Claims He 'Didn't Know' How Important Luka Was To Mavs Fans

I know there's been a lot of Nico Harrison blogs. But it's not our fault, we can't make Nico Harrison stop saying dumb shit that gets talked about all the time. We can't make Nico Harrison stop making awful trades. I know, I know, the apron and all these other reasons people want to say to try and justify trading the face of your franchise at 25-years old for an often-injured big man (who is awesome, sure). 

But then today we get this:

I don't care if you've somehow never been on the Internet, you work in the front office. You work in sports. You don't realize that fans love superstars, especially superstars drafted by the team they play for? Breaking news to Nico Harrison, making it even more shocking that he botched the Steph Curry presentation for Nike back in the day. I'm not saying you make decisions based on fan reaction, that would be dumb. But when every non-Mavs fan is saying how dumb this all is, you gotta know you fucked up. 

I honestly hope he somehow believes this. It might make him dumber than just blurting it out, but the thought of him hearing 'fire Nico' chants and being baffled is hilarious. Luka just brought the Mavs to the Finals a year ago! I know he sucked in those games against the Celtics, but he brought you there. No shit fans are going to be pissed, but might as well act confused the entire time any ways. This is a city with Jerry Jones destroying the Cowboys day by day and somehow he's more beloved than Nico Harrison. But, hey, he thinks he's done a good job. Gotta keep him around.
