'Entitled, Horrible Body Language And Biggest Thing Is, He's Not That Good' - An NFL Assistant Coach Destroyed Shedeur Sanders Right Before The Draft

Good God. I couldn't even fit all the insults this assistant coach had in the headline. Man basically went Silky Johnson acceptance speech at the Playa Hater's Ball skit.

It was only a matter of time before we got the assistant coach saying something like this. It happens every year with one of the quarterback prospects. He's far from the only one who Tom Pelissero talked to that said stuff about Sanders:

[Source] - His college tape looked like Caleb Williams without the elite physical arm talent," an NFC coordinator said. "I'm sorry: You can't play that game at this level.

The character stuff is also something that factors. From what I've seen at East-West Shrine and combine, there's definitely some entitlement and special treatment that he expects. There might be some growth with that.

You can't have your dad saying, 'I'm going to come put a quarterback coach on blast who said you were arrogant.' So, he can't be criticized?

Not all bad though:

"He's got ability to throw to all three levels. He's good on the ball-out, quick passing game. Can move around. Tough as all get out. He'll take hits and just hop up and it doesn't really faze him. That's impressive.

"If you look at just 'wow' throws, he's got probably the best collection of those over the whole entire crop,"

You get the point. People are torn on Shedeur Sanders. I've talked about it with the Giants and No. 3 overall. It seems like Daboll and Schoen don't have him as the top pick, but others want a quarterback there. It's terrifying to take Shedeur Sanders reading all this stuff. Not even the ultimate hater who basically said 'this kid sucks' in a bunch of words, but you look at the people saying the arm isn't there. That he's taking a lot of sacks and that's when it goes downhill. He seems to have the most unknown, which seems dumb to say because no one knows if any of these guys are going to be good.

I'll say this. If you're going to go in on a prospect like this, if you're going to say it's the worst formal interview ever and all this entitlement and that he sucks, you gotta put your name on it. I know every person does these under the premise of being anonymous. If you got that much hate on a guy's game in your heart, you gotta put a face to it. Let us know how high up this assistant is. Let us know who he plays for. Plus complaining about a 'formal interview' is about as dumb as it gets. Remember when people made a big deal about Jayden Daniels whiteboard work on Hard Knocks with Daboll last year? Yeah, that didn't mean shit. Jayden Daniels is fucking good. Unless Shedeur Sanders walked into that interview and pulled his ass out to moon everyone, it doesn't matter. He's not interviewing for a big 4 accounting job, a 'formal' interview should be the last thing that matters in the NFL.

I am curious to see how this Draft goes. Everyone says it's not that good of a class - again, sure, but no one knows until these guys play - and there hasn't been that trade yet. Titans are keeping 1, taking Cam most likely. Then what? It seems like everyone is saying Hunter to Browns and Carter to the Giants. All I know is this guy wants nothing to do with Shedeur Sanders.
