This Kid Should Be Held Fully Responsible For Kicking This Girl's Phone An Estimated 4893275 Feet

Another day, another mishap with a phone. Feels like for all the benefits these phones provide, we as a society are super reckless with our phones. Whether it's staring at them so much we fall into a cellar. 

Tossing our phones in frustration 

or dropping them the minute we get them 

Like I said reckless all around. 

So with that said, when you watch this video, I bet you expect me to blame this girl for having her phone so close to the line of fire. Normally, the blame pie would be slanted towards her as if you know something crazy is about to happen you should be guarding your phone and keep it at a safe distance from any sort of tomfoolery about to take place. Normally that would be the case. However, I'm going to zag here. 

When you watch this video, it's very clear this game is meant for punching the bag. The kid deciding to kick the bag is as dumb as it gets. It's such a hardo move, and not to be a stick in the mud but against the rules. It's a punching game, don't be a dick. Also did he warn anyone he was going to do this? Did he tell the girl "hey maybe move back, I'm about to kick this thing." No he didn't. All he did was try to get the attention on him and have everyone say what a wacky and funny guy he is. Dope. If I was ruling in this case, any damages to that girls phone should fall all on him. Cracks, damages, etc. Everything. You act like a dope and kick the bag and ruin someone's phone you pay for it if it breaks. Case closed.
