DUDES ROCK: Guy Spends 2 Years & Possibly 2 Marriages Building A 250,000 Piece LEGO Set Into A Star Wars Geonosis Battle That's 15 Feet Long

Whether you're a LEGO guy or not, ya gotta admit this craftmenship & dedication is pretty damn impressive. 250,000 tiny pieces pieced together over 2 years for a 15 foot immersive experience? Bah GAWD. Don't even need to be a Star Wars fan to see the greatness in that. 

Truly a modern day transcendentalist. Just instead of a New England cabin, he's living out his dreams in the sandy dunes of Geonosis. As they say, a man can be an artist at anything...

It's unconfirmed whether this dude lost a few marriages over his intergalactic hobby but either way I say, LET HIM BUILD. 

And if he wants to paint their silver pants blue too, who's it really hurting? Seems like you never hear about someone who loves LEGO going insane. They just keep crafting cool shit in their basement. There's always another set to buy, planet to create. There's a real beauty in that. Honestly I wish I had a hobby that injects me with passion like that, but alas. 

What I really want to know is, where the fuck do you go from here? How do you reach that cosmic LEGO high after a 2 year stretch of pure will & testament? How many dudes out there are trying to make 1,000,000 piece sets in a calendar year? It boggles the mind in the best of ways. But we could all use some more harmless hobbies thriving out there. Right?
