Myles Garrett's Response To The Steelers Signing Aaron Rodgers: "I Think It's A Good Opportunity to Put Him In The Graveyard"

Look, there's no one, and I mean no one, that likes to stir up some drama and spin stories into getting clicks than me. If this were a quote going the opposite way, I'd being screaming from the mountain tops that the Steelers player was threatening bloody murder against the little ol' Cleveland Browns. But Myles Garrett is my guy, so I'm going to defend him and squash any unnecessary drama here by explaining the he turns his front yard (in my hometown) into a graveyard each Halloween and puts tombstones for each QB he's sacked.

So can everyone chill the fuck out? All he's saying, with a laugh, is that he wants to sack Aaron Rodgers. What's the big deal with that?

Now if you wanted to point out that the Browns shouldn't be laughing about anything, seeing as they picked #2 overall this year, have 5 QBs on their roster, and are favored to pick #1 next year where they will inevitably pick another quarterback.....then your point is well taken. But the amount of popcorn and eyeball emojis coming out on the internet today are far too high for my liking. Although I guess I could see how the uninformed would connect the dots between what he's "threatening" to do this new Steelers quarterback when you remember what he did to one of the prior ones...

What a wild moment in sports history. But no, that's not what Myles Garrett (the best defensive player in the AFC North whether TJ Watt joins the Steelers or not) is saying here. He wants to sack Aaron Rodgers. End of story!
