The Internet Is Saying The #BlackSoxDave Scandal Should Put An Asterisk Next To The 99/99/9 Challenge

Look I'm not going to beat around the bush, you all saw it. We took a team of our biggest, fattest coworkers to Wrigley Field last night trying to complete the world's first ever 99 Beers, 99 Hotdogs, 9 Innings Challenge. Here is the crew before the first pitch:

Check out the stream if you're interested, but the point of this blog is not about how the greatest athlete in the history of the world put up an ungodly 6 beers before the first of the game was recorded, it's because the internet is saying this world record is now marred by controversy and perhaps deserves an asterisk:

Fuck. This will now be addressed in the People's Court aka The Yak later today. And let me say this, I actually do side with White Sox Dave here. That looks like a piece of bread to me that he used to wipe off some mustard. So I'm not worried about the truth, rather I'm worried about Dave's ability to explain the truth. And what really worries me is that last time we got caught "cheating" on After Dark, I had to spent the next 12+ hours in the gym chipping putts with Beef. I really can't do that today, nor drink any more beers or eat hot dogs.
