A National Nightmare Is Potentially Upon Us: Arizona Iced Tea Might Have To Raise The Price On Their Famous 99 Cent Can

I don't do politics and I have "opted out" of certain things that other people seem to obsess about. I feel like I alone cannot change the course of actions so why get worked up over taxes, the senate, and whatever else people fight about on Facebook when they aren't fighting about cars being locked.

One of those things I essentially opted out of was tariffs. I know it's a big deal, and it's definitely something that needs to be addressed etc, but again me - a 38 year old who enjoys watching a few programs in the summer while prepping for sports research - is really going to do absolutely zero to change whatever is going to happen in the grand scheme of things so why get worked up about it. But with all that said, I may have to get involved in running for office if we are going to potentially ruin one of the greatest and recession proof things in this country.

I have been off the sugar drinks all summer, and finally dipped back into them to reward myself but am definitely trying to cut back on them having seen how much weight I loss so quickly. Clearly they were a big issue. But even with knocking down the consumption, an Arizona Iced Tea is a special special beverage. It's been with me for what feels like my entire life. From being a little kid when your parents let you walk to the deli, to grabbing one after high school while waiting for the bus, to adult life and making it a routine for breakfast before Saturday and Sunday football. It's always been with me. You feel like you are getting the biggest bang for your buck with it, and it tastes great.

We need to keep this at cost. Now I understand Arizona is doing us a huge favor keeping this cost so low for us, and with a 30 year tradition you kind of can't complain because we've been saving money for a long time, but this felt like it was going to go forever and it's a huge let down to see it potentially come to an end. One of those last things you held onto for a real bargain and brought back nostalgia. Please let it just be a rumor like it has been forever, some things in the world need to be there for you forever, and the 99 cent Arizona can is one of those.
