Sydney Sweeney Responds To The Haters Who Didn't Like Her Selling Bathwater Soap: “It Was Mainly The Girls Making Comments About It, Which I Thought Was Really Interesting. They All Loved The Idea Of Jacob Elordi’s Bathwater”

Seems like Sydney Sweeney has had more media coverage this summer than any movie star out there. And feels like most of it was negative.

There has been some positive stuff, like the hype around her Christy Martin biopic where she gained 30 lbs to play the legendary boxer.

But hell hath no fury like a bunch of jealous women scorned, and that became increasingly clear after Sydney released her bathwater soap back in June. The girlies did NOT like it! Then Syd lost even more support from them after the "Good Jeans" chaos a few weeks ago.

And yet throughout all that controversy, Ms. Sweeney is still standing tall.

Doing all those squats to play Christy must've really paid off? SHE IS STRONG LIKE BULL.

(WSJ) - “I think it’s important to have a finger on the pulse of what people are saying, because everything is a conversation with the audience,” she says. She didn’t miss, for example, the response to one of her recent entrepreneurial activities. After filming some suggestive ads for Dr. Squatch, a line of natural, handmade bath products for men, she upped the ante by collaborating with the brand on a limited-edition soap infused, she says, with her own used bathwater.

Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss sold out in seconds, according to Dr. Squatch, and is currently asking $1,500 on the resale market.

“It was mainly the girls making comments about it, which I thought was really interesting,” she says. “They all loved the idea of Jacob Elordi’s bathwater”

It IS really interesting isn't it… Although not the least bit surprising.

Jealousy can be a stinky perfume.

In the span of human history, has anyone hated women more than other women? I'll hang up and listen and not judge. But it certainly seems like that's always the case.

So kudos to Sydney not letting the haters & losers dictate how she lives her life and provides for her family. Give this a quick glance while you're sharpening your pink pitchfork & sipping on a Cosmo out there.

(Source) - “I watched my parents lose a lot. We filed for bankruptcy, and they lost their house back home on the lake,” said Sydney, who spent her teen years cleaning bathrooms and babysitting in order to help her mom and dad pay their bills.

“If I wanted to take a six-month break, I don’t have income to cover that,” she told the Hollywood Reporter. “I don’t have someone supporting me, I don’t have anyone I can turn to, to pay my bills or call for help. They don’t pay actors like they used to, and with streamers, you no longer get residuals"

Sydney went on to break down exactly how her earnings are divided, saying, “I have to give 5 percent to my lawyer, 10 percent to my agents, 3 percent or something like that to my business manager. I have to pay my publicist every month, and that’s more than my mortgage. If I just acted, I wouldn’t be able to afford my life in LA. I take deals because I have to,” she added, noting that she “couldn’t believe” she was “even able to buy a house” in the first place.

Does she have a lot of brand deals? Absolutely. Is it too many? Probably. But that's capitalism bitch! And at the most basic level it's also just someone trying to use their various talents to help feed their family. That's as American as apple pie. For my money that deserves praise, not endless vitriol. Take notes ladies!

It's not like she's doing commercials for jungle gyms & Al Jazeera. RELAX.

But if I've said once, I've said it a thousand times. I don't care about any of this. I'm just here to rack up pageviews. That's my secret Cap, I'm always hunting for blonde bombshell clickbait. So whether you hate her or love her or simply clicked in for the gallery below, it's all the same to me.

Have a great day.
