The Tigers Blew It In The 9th And Have Now Lost 9 Games In The AL Central Race Since September 10th

I'm going to blog this one from an unbiased perspective so I hope you can read it from an unbiased perspective. I've been on the road a lot lately for various college football events, and I'm heading out for a few more in the coming weeks. So I figured I'd stay at home on this fine Saturday and crank out a few blogs while I can. If something pops up, I'm going to blog it. And one notable thing in the world of sports thus far is that the Detroit Tigers, in the midst of what would be the most epic collapse in baseball history, finally looked like they were going to win a game. Up 5-2 heading into the 8th, at home, against a bad Braves team. But they don't end the game in the Top of the 8th...

Wow, what a comeback from the Atlanta Braves! I'd have thought the Tigers were for sure going to win when they score was 5-2, but that's what they make you get all 27 outs!

Meanwhile, if we're covering all teams in the MLB, here's another score from this afternoon:

Things to note:

- The Guardians have now won 9 straight games

- The Guardians trailed by 10.5 games in the division on September 10th

- It is now September 20th and they trail by 1.5 games (and have another game tonight)

And that's all I have to say about Cleveland right now. Other things I have to report on from today's MLB games are…..nope, that's it. Thank you for reading my baseball blog!
