The Commanders Dominate And Drop A 40 Burger On The Raiders

The final score was 41-24 and honestly it was not that close at all. Sure that's a cliche but if you watched the game the Raiders were putrid. The Commanders played well, but the Raiders are also awful. I love a game like that- a good team vs a very bad team. The perfect combo for an ass whoopin, and that's what we saw today. 

The game was full of excitement. As you see above, Jaylin Lane ran a 4.2 40 for a huge punt return for a TD. That dude is FAST. The catching of the football on offense thing is a work in progress, but he is a problem on special teams.

And a TD from LUUUUUUUUUUUUUKE to seal the deal.

There are some things that still need to be cleaned up including some blown coverages and still with the penalties, but overall it was a nice game all around. I liked Kliff's play calling and the defense was much improved over last week. 

2-1 and playing Atlanta next week is a nice place to be. HTTC.
