Worst Call Ever? Mississippi State Missed a Field Goal By About 25 Feet, But Announcer Dave Neal Thought They Drilled It

Uhhhh ... what?

Everybody makes mistakes, but I have no idea what Dave Neal saw here. The only thing I can figure is he was looking at the field from a bad angle instead of at his monitor and then saw the official on the right making a weird signal that almost looks like his arms are up to signal a good kick. But wherever you're looking, that kick wasn't even close. Weird.

The good news for Neal is he'll be able to make a signature call at the end of the game when Mississippi State beats another Top 15 team at home. Congrats to them.
