'The Future Is Now' - Abdul Carter Doesn't Want To Hear About The Giants Being Good In A Few Years, Knows This Past Draft Is Going To Save The Franchise

That's enough for me, print the shirts and make this the new motto. It's not a secret that all of us Giants have been begging for any sort of hope, any sort of future, any sort of brains to make this franchise decent again. We wasted a decade of coaches, quarterbacks and false hope before yesterday and yes I realize how insane that sounds, but that's the whole point of being a fan. The whole point of being a fan is to be irrational when something finally goes your way, even for a brief second because your home field is a piece of shit that ruins careers.

But if Abdul Carter is going to say the future is now because of these 3 being the face of the franchise so be it. I'm going to blindly trust a man who can destroy any offensive line.

Then on the other side of the ball we have a QB/RB duo that I've seen compared to Vincent Chase and Turtle. It works perfectly simply by looking at them.

I'm sure people will tell me it's just 1 game or that the stats weren't good. I say, shut the fuck up. Jaxson Dart looked the part, especially considering we lost WR1 and now have to deal with that. What I saw was some real offensive creativity and a quarterback who is willing to change the game however he has to. Not to mention, he can throw darts with his wrong hand

It just feels good to have hope again. But, now I have to continue to keep being irrational and think the future is now. He's not wrong. You got a bunch of rookies who are showing up, playing and actually look pretty damn good so far. Now it's time to pile some wins and change the feeling in the locker room.
